1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing automa8digital.com or purchasing any service from Automa8 Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & "Automa8" Fulfillment

Automa8 Digital provides AI-engineered video production services. You acknowledge that our fulfillment pipeline utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence models. While we strive for cinematic excellence, the nature of AI means that slight variations in "visual logic" may occur.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful "Render," you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful brand data and assets (Logos, URLs, etc.).
  • Ensure you own the rights to any assets you upload to our System Briefing.
  • Review and approve all scripts and drafts within the specified timeline.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Work in Progress: Automa8 Digital retains all rights to any drafts or preview renders sent for review.
  • Final Assets: Upon receipt of full payment, Automa8 Digital grants you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display the final video assets for your business promotion.
  • AI Training: We reserve the right to use anonymized versions of the final product in our System Gallery for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested in writing.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments: Fees for "The Single Render" or "The Growth Loop" are due in full prior to the commencement of the AI rendering process.
  • Refunds: Due to the high computational costs and manual engineering time involved in AI generation, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with a render, we offer one (1) round of technical revisions to calibrate the output to your liking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Automa8 Digital is not liable for the performance of the video assets once deployed (e.g., ad spend ROI, social media reach). Our service is the delivery of the asset itself. We are not responsible for any copyright claims arising from assets provided by the client.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, CA.
